Tooling & setup
Dies and printing plates are cut for your job and then archived on file here, so every reorder skips tooling and setup entirely and runs to exactly the spec you signed off.
Print & die-cut
Printing, die-cutting, gluing, and folding run to the dieline and the digital proof or physical sample you signed off, so the spec you approved is the spec that gets made.
Quality control
Every run is checked in-line against the digital proof or physical sample you approved — board, print alignment, structural strength — so a fault surfaces at unit fifty, not five thousand.
Kitting & collation
Boxes ship flat to keep freight down. Where an order runs to several parts — box, insert, sleeve — we collate them so every component arrives together and counted.
Flat-pack freight
Shipping flat and palletized cuts the volume you pay freight on, so more units travel on the same pallet than a pre-assembled box of the same size ever could.
Freight planning
We route every pallet through the freight class and carrier that genuinely costs least for its weight and lane — a gap that compounds across a year of shipments.
Direct dispatch

Every structure we make starts at 100 units. If your run needs to be smaller than that, talk to us — we're open to it.
How long does a typical order take?
Most orders ship in 8–12 business days after you approve the digital proof or physical sample, depending on structure complexity and print requirements.
Can I get a physical sample before committing?
Yes — just ask. Most orders are signed off from a digital proof, but we'll produce a physical sample to the same spec as the full run whenever you want one.
Do you offer sustainable or recyclable materials?
